Your laywer or you can ask for all the necessary papers in several offices in Lagos. The Gommers family can show you the way if you want. All legal papers and plans of the house are available in digital format and can be emailed to you directly, just ask for it by email or phone call.

But working with a (local) real estate office or manager is perhaps  a bit easier for you, especially if you never bought in Portugal before. They can arrange for all the paperwork and deal with the owners if you like. If you came here through a real estate office we advice you to do business through their personel, knowledge and service.
