- Use the building as a base for your company. Collegues can come over and stay for their time being here for work, holiday or leisure.
- Do you have a big family? Let them come over and stay in separate apartments. No problems, private enough and still close to each other. Swim together, sunbade together, perhaps even eat together, but everyone has their own private space.
- Use the house and/or apartments for short-stay rentals, both in the summer ánd winter holiday season, because the Algarve has a preferable climat all year round.
- Long-term rental is an option too. It frees you from many changes and gives a steady income.
